It is well known that Louisianians love to through a party, guess that the most well known is the largest free party in the country - Mardi Gras!  But since Mardi Gras can't go on all year, we had to come up with other reasons to celebrate... there seems to be a celebration for just about everything, just take look at some of the good times we have come up with  and as the saying goes "Laissez les bons temps rouler" - and we do!!
